Happy Carter

Carter is starting to talk more and more...it is really great. He does not talk as much as his friend Ty, but he is getting there. The following video is after Carter woke up from a 2 and 1/2 hour nap, ate, and had a diaper change...what else could be wrong in his world?? :) I also included a picture of big brother Jasper in "his" new chair!
